Woke Judge Throws Out Elon's Lawsuit Against Liars Who Say There's Racism on Twitter

Elon Musk’s greatest achievement, second only to creating the world’s greatest and only free speech platform in history in the universe free forever, is his astonishing accomplishment in keeping it more or less free from racism and bigotry. This hasn’t stopped bad-faith actors, wokes, probable communists, under the direction of George Soros, from launching insidious false attacks on the platform, asserting fakely that it’s host to a detectable number of advertiser-unfriendly Hitler particles.

This has forced Musk to exhaust valuable resources launching a number of SLAPP lawsuits against various mind virus infected entities such as the Center for Countering Digital Hate, the European Climate Foundation, the Anti-Defamation League, Media Matters, and a kid who collects his publicly available flight information as a hobby.

International wokery was awarded a victory yesterday as a judge from Commiefornia unjustly threw out his lawsuit against the CCDH. The probably Soros-backed nonprofit last year published some so-called research that purported to find a significant amount of antisemitism and other bigotry on the platform—research that was seen by potential advertisers who proceeded to not give Elon Musk lots of money (itself illegal).

The woke (Trans? DEI?) judge preposterously asserted somehow that Elon was trying to violate CCDH’s freedom of speech rather than the CCDH violating Elon’s first amendment right to force companies to enter into contracts with and spend money on his plaform.

Given that this is a clear violation of whatever constitutional amendment welds judicial and legislative powers to Elon Musk’s emotional volatility, Musk vows to appeal the decision as many times as his lawyers remain comfortable taking his money or until he dice-rolls a Trump appointed judge who is willing to rule that there is no hate speech on Twitter.

I decided to go to Twi- uh, “X” myself and check out today’s trending topics to see what people are saying about this unacceptabel miscarriage of justice.

Okay so I guess I’m expecting a call from Elon’s lawyer.
